We were utterly amazed at the quality of the workmanship especially where two surfaces were misaligned and the care the plasterers took to create a flush finish. Their finish is second to none highly recommended. We will be using their services again in the new year.

Hi Simon, Here is my review of ALN Property Maintenance BEGINS We have a listed building that required repair and refurbishment. It was a difficult job and necessitated close adherence to a listed buildings consent. We approached ALN Property Maintenance who gave us a clear and reasonable quote, which they stuck to despite alterations requested by planning. We were very pleased with the work which has resulted in a long-standing damp problem being resolved. In addition, they were able to take care of a range of fiddly jobs which were completed very efficiently.
